ADVISON identifies such consignments as advertising on the basis that the sender of the consignments sends the same consignments to other customers of the ADVISON service as well. ADVISON will not send any E-mail Notification about an advertising or marketing consignment arriving at the Virtual Address.
  7. If, during Forwarding of a received consignment to the Client, a Received Consignment is repeatedly returned as not collected or not delivered to the Client, further Received Consignments will not be forwarded to the Client’s Delivery Address.

The Contracting Parties have agreed that if the Client uses the Virtual Address for the purpose of the place of business of its trade after the expiry of the validity of the Service, or uses the address without ordering the relevant Service, ADVISON or a person authorised by it is entitled to request the cancellation of such trade from the relevant District Office, trade licensing department.
