As standard we register and store up to 30 items per month in total. A higher number is possible by arrangement and for an additional fee.
We accept 1st and 2nd class letters, registered letters and official items delivered by Slovak Post. We may refuse other items.
One scan covers up to 10 A4 pages of content + the front of the envelope. With "unlimited" scanning the limit is 40 items per month, more according to the price list.
We collect and notify the content of the official e-mailbox at least once a week. Selective or scheduled collection is not possible.
If you do not collect the items within 2 months after the contract ends, we are entitled to dispose of them.
The virtual office service is paid at least 12 months in advance. Forwarding and scanning beyond the package are charged according to the price list.
